La Country Music Association coronó a los ganadores de los Premios CMA 2018 en la noche del miércoles (18 de noviembre). Este año entre los artistas más nominados se encontraban Chris Stapleton, Midland y Miranda Lambert. Uno de los galardones más preciados como es el de Artista del Año ha correspondido a Keith Urban.
El evento se desarrolló en el Bridgestone Arena de Nashville y como anfitriones contó un año más con Carrie Underwood y Brad Paisley.
